Who can list projects on Website Marketing HQ?

We welcome everyone that can create value-adding website marketing project. Our fixed prices range from $2 to $2,000 in order to attract a wide range of marketers. We strive to create a friendly marketplace so please do not post duplicate or spammy projects and ensure your sales pitch is realistic.

What tips can you give me for creating a great marketing project that sells?

Be sure to write a through, truthful description. If possible, include examples of your previous work. If you are planning a relatively high-cost marketing project, consider offering a sample version at a lower cost so that buyers can get a feel for your product / service and build trust. You should ensure clear, friendly communication with the buyer and be on hand to solve any problems as this will greatly enhance your chances of a successful transaction and positive feedback. It also helps prevent long-winded disputes that may prevent payment being released to you.

We recommend that you share your project on your own website and social media networks in order to gain maximum exposure. Once you have gained a reasonable amount of positive feedback, further orders generally flow in a lot faster.

How do I purchase projects I'm interested in?

Just click the order now button and complete your purchase through PayPal. Both the buyer and seller will receive an email notifiying them of the purchase. Ther seller will confirm that he / she will be able to complete the project in the necessary time frame and start your work. When the project is complete the seller will notify the buyer through our internal email system, delivering the project. The buyer will have the opportunity to review the project and request changes within 72 hours. Once its been satisfactorily completed, the buyer is asked to leave feedback for the seller. It's as easy as that!

When can I cancel a purchased project order?

You can cancel project orders that haven't been accepted by the seller. If the seller hasn't accepted a project order after three days the transaction will automatically be cancelled and payment will be returned to you. If the project isn't delivered within the stated timeframe and runs into 'overtime', you will again be given the opportunity to cancel the transaction.

What happens if a project I purchase isn't what I expected?

If for any reason you are unhappy with the project that the seller provides, we advise you to communicate directly with the seller to find an appropriate solution.

Once the seller has delivered your project you will have 72 hours to review it and ask for fixes from the seller, if necessary. If you and the seller are in a dispute over the project and it cannot be resolved, please contact us. We will then review the project offered, delivered work and messages exchanged.

If a project has not been marked as complete by the buyer, the project will automatically be marked as complete after 72 hours. We may not be able to pursue disputes that raised after this 72 hour period.

We may need to cancel the transaction whilst we look into the dispute. Repeat and unnecessary dispute escalations may result in your account being banned.

If you win the dispute, your order will be refunded. If you lose the dispute, the transaction will proceed and we will explain the reasons why we made our decision.

Avoid filing a dispute or reversing a payment through PayPal or your bank. Doing so may get your account blocked.

What do I do if a buyer isn't happy with a project I delivered?

If for any reason a buyer is unhappy with the project you deliver, we advise you to communicate directly with the buyer to find an appropriate solution.

Sellers are entitled to request fixes from you within 72 hours after you deliver the project. If the buyer remains unhappy and they contact us to raise a dispute, we will investigate the project offered, delivered work and messages exchanged. If you are aware that the seller has contacted us to raise a dispute, please also contact us within 48 hours to justify your stance.

If the buyer wins the dispute, the order will be refunded and the seller will be given negative feedback. If you win the dispute, the transaction will proceed.

If a buyer shows disregard in providing projects that meet their stated deliverables, or receives multiple disputes, we will permanently ban the seller and their IP address.

In order to prevent disputes always ensure you provide an honest project description, maintain good communication and deliver in line or above the buyers expectations.

When do I get paid for a delivered project?

Once you have delivered a project, the buyer will have 72 hours to review it and mark it as complete. As soon as the buyer marks a project as complete the payment will enter the clearing period. If the buyer takes no action in 72 hours after the project has been delivered the transaction will automatically enter the clearing period.

Payment will automatically be cleared into your PayPal account after the 7 day clearing period.

Why do you have a 7 day clearing period?

We operate a 7 day clearing period to help protect against fraudulent activities, PayPal disputes and chargebacks.

Once you purchase the featured ad it will be featured for 20 days. Featured ad purchases cannot be transferred from one project to another. No refunds can be given for featured ad purchases.
