Sellers

• Basic Rules

• You need to be a registered Website Marketing HQ user to sell and buy. Registration is free.
• Services that are offered by sellers on Website Marketing HQ are called "Projects".
• Project prices are fixed at $2, $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, $750, $1000, $1250, $1500, $1750 or $2000.

• Sellers and buyers identity is anonymous. Do not request or provide emails to users on the site
• Sellers may not accept payments from Website Marketing HQ buyers outside of Website Marketing HQ (directly through PayPal or any other service)
• Posting of adult, illegal, copyright protected, violent, nonsense or other improper material on the site is strictly prohibited
• Content on the site is moderated. Users posting, messaging or suggesting any of the above prohibited subjects will get their account and IP address blocked permanently

• Handling Orders

• When a buyer orders one of your Projects, you will be notified and asked to accept or reject the order. Rejecting an order should only be used when you will not be able to perform your offering on time. If you are away and cannot handle orders, it is good idea to suspend your Projects from your "My Projects" control panel.
• You have 72 hours to decide if you accept the order, after that time the order will be automatically cancelled by Website Marketing HQ .
• Once you have delivered a project, the buyer will have 72 hours to review it and mark it as complete. As soon as the buyer marks a project as complete the payment will enter clearing period. If the buyer takes no action 72 hours after the project has been delivered the transaction will automatically enter the clearing period.
• Payment will then automatically be cleared into your PayPal account after the 7 day clearing period.
• We operate a 7 day clearing period to help protect against fraudulent activities, PayPal disputes and chargebacks.
• Responding to orders quickly will increase your positive feedback and successful transactions.

• Delivering Your Work, Passing Material and Submitting Completed Work

• During your work, you are required to use only Website Marketing HQ 's internal mail system to pass material from and to your buyer. Using the Website Marketing HQ mail system protects the seller's and buyer's privacy. Never ask a buyer to switch to third party email.
• You are responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. Website Marketing HQ will not be held responsible for any damages caused by infected files.
• You can access all communications and files transferred related to an order from the Order Details page.
• Make sure you describe your Projects final deliverable in detail. Indicate amounts, durations, file formats etc.

• Seller's Positive Feedback.

• Your positive feedback is based on buyers feedback and your responsiveness to new Projects orders (Accept/Reject).
• Work quality and buyer feedback have a dramatic effect on your positive feedback score.

Buyers

• Ordering Projects

• Purchase of Projects from Website Marketing HQ can be done using your PayPal or credit card (credit card purchases are handled by PayPal as well).
• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be sent to the seller.
• Project prices are fixed at $2, $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, $750, $1000, $1250, $1500, $1750 or $2000.
• You can cancel your order at any time until the seller accepts your order. Once the seller accepts your order you will not be able to cancel it.
• Sellers have the option to reject an order if they can't handle it on time. If for any reason your order gets rejected, your payment will be refund to your PayPal account.
• Sellers and buyers identity is anonymous. Do not request or provide emails to users on the site
• If a project is not delivered on time and it runs into 'overtime', you will be given the opportunity to cancel the transaction.
• Buyers must not offer sellers with payments or transactions conducted outside of Website Marketing HQ .
• Content on the site is moderated. Users posting, messaging or suggesting any of the above prohibited subjects will get their account and IP address blocked permanently

• Spammers will be permanently blocked and banned!
• In case of dispute with a seller you should use Website Marketing HQ 's internal dispute resolution (see below). Never use PayPal to reverse or refund the payment to Website Marketing HQ . Doing so will put your Website Marketing HQ account on hold.
• Website Marketing HQ reserve the right to put any account on hold or permanently cancel accounts due to misbehavior. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on Website Marketing HQ .

• Disputes

• We encourage our buyers and sellers to resolve any issues between themselves. If for any reason this fails, you can contact us here. We will then review the project and delivered work. Please note that we may need to cancel the transaction whilst we look into the dispute. Repeat and unnecessary dispute escalations may result in your account being blocked.
  
  If a project has not been marked as complete by the buyer, funds will automatically be transferred to the seller after 72 hours. Therefore, please use this time to review your project.
  
  Avoid filing a dispute or reversing a payment through PayPal or your bank. Doing so may get your account blocked.
